Weekly Pottery Hand Building Group (6 wks)

This is a beginners hand-building course. No previous experience necessary.

You will learn the different aspects of hand-building including slab building, pinching and coiling before moving on to glazing. We will start a new project every week or you can continue to work on a previous project you have learned on the course.

No pressure at all to keep up with others, its just chance to experiment and have fun! 

Small groups of up to 10 people. Either come along with a friend or friends or use this opportunity to meet likeminded people who share the love for the craft. 

Each session is 2.5 hours and courses are available on a selection of days and times during the week. 

Includes all clay and use of tools and up to 6 pieces bisque fired, glazed and glazed fired per person.

Additional pieces will be charged at a small fee, if required. 

£220 per person for 6 weekly sessions. 

Following your initial 6 weeks there is opportunity to continue to experiment and improve your skills with further courses throughout the year. 

If sessions fall on a bank holiday then the session will still go ahead. If this causes a problem then please discuss with Emma prior to booking.
